Guardian's External Shock Absorbing Lanyard meets alll the ANSI Z359.13-2013 regulations for 6' free fall. The integrated shock absorber limits average arresting forces to 900 lbs or less. The legs are made from 1" nylon and include a steel snap hook at each end.
